Hello from windy and rainy Outer Banks! Chris and I are here for the next four days and hurricane Joaquin has only thrown a small wrench in our plans. Our staycation has gone from dreams of beach walks and ice cream dates to warm coffee and movie marathons, but I have to say it's quite nice to stay in pajamas all day and catch up with our friends. I truly love this season of life Chris and I are in and will always treasure our trips down to the Outer Banks. So many happy memories here. I can't wait to continue this tradition of coming down here with our children someday, but in the meantime I'm enjoying creating these memories just the two of us.
