Instant pot fettuccine Alfredo

Okay! Here we go! This recipe is not exactly healthy per se, but holy moly is it delicious! Kid friendly too!

Prep time- Less than 5 min

Cook time- 8 min

Ingredients:

1 box of fettuccini pasta (16oz)

1 cup chicken broth

2 cups heavy cream

1/2 cup butter (or 1 stick)

1 tsp pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt

16oz shredded Parmesan

Directions:

Combine all ingredients except the parmesan cheese into your instant pot.

Lock instant pot lid and turn pressure valve to sealing.

Cook on high pressure using manual for 8 min.

Once done and pressure is released stir in the Parmesan cheese.

That’s it! Easy peasy! Perfect for a chilly night!
